COVID-19 Screening

Kevin Whitted Basketball is dedicated to following all compliance guidelines for Covid-19.  You will be required to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire via email prior to tryouts. By completing the questionnaire you are agreeing to our Covid-19 protocol guidelines.

 This includes:

Temperature check

Overview of COVID-19 symptoms (acknowledgement no symptoms present)

Hand sanitization

Masks required

Socially distanced environment

During this time we are only allowing (1) Parent/Guardian on site with each child for safety
